This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated national accounts on a daily basis.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with claims leadership, program managers, and essential operational stakeholders.
• Gain comprehensive insights into each client’s workflows, expectations, and program specifications.
• Propel referral and revenue growth within assigned national accounts.
• Recognize and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Managing Directors to ensure alignment on account strategies.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients and engage in client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
• Work together with Operations, Sales Support, Marketing, and Physician Recruitment teams to facilitate successful onboarding and expansion.
• Remain updated on market trends, competitive activities, and industry advancements.
• Lead and support stewardship meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and present service metrics, utilization trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure clients are informed, engaged, and confident in the services provided.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, service concerns, and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate updates to clients clearly and proactively.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure that client-specific requirements are effectively communicated and executed internally.
• Cooperate with operations, scheduling, and QA teams to uphold service consistency, turnaround times, and quality standards.
• Assist in the onboarding and implementation of new programs and accounts.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, including turnaround times, report quality, and client satisfaction.
• Identify trends and suggest process enhancements.
• Collaborate internally to improve overall service delivery.
• Work closely with National Sales Managers, Managing Sales Directors, Sales Directors, and Operations teams.
• Assist in the rollout and ongoing management of national programs.
• Provide insights on client needs, service gaps, and market trends.
• 5–7+ years of experience in account management or client services within the workers’ compensation, auto, or liability sectors.
• Proven experience working with TPAs, insurance carriers, and complex multi-state accounts.
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation claims processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Remarkable attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Relationship-focused with a strong client service orientation.
• Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment skills.
• Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
