This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for cold call prospecting, selling, and implementing new business that fits the criteria of a national account.
• Sustain high levels of cold call prospecting activity utilizing various prospecting tools.
• Document weekly outreach activities for new business, contracted sales, initiated sales, and contract versus job sales in the CRM system.
• Recognize and cultivate relationships with potential customers to utilize strategic selling techniques.
• Travel to meetings with prospective customers, existing clients, trade shows, and internal training sessions that yield a return on investment.
• Collaborate with the Director of NA Sales to meet annual baseline targets.
• Coordinate with colleagues to exchange leads and promote cross-selling opportunities in NA residential, commercial pest, and bird markets.
• May oversee some existing customer accounts, necessitating business reviews, price changes, and renewals.
• 2-3 years of experience in regional or national commercial sales.
• Demonstrated success in new business commercial sales performance.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Experience in selling across multiple business sectors.
• Self-driven and accountable for personal performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid business and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
