• Meet and surpass assigned revenue objectives, strategic account goals, and key performance indicators in accordance with the company's commercial ambitions.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic partnerships within targeted Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, sleep programs, and enterprise accounts while identifying and progressing new business opportunities.
• Establish trusted relationships with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, physician leaders, sleep lab directors, procurement teams, and operational decision-makers across strategic accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic account plans that promote organization-wide adoption within targeted IDNs and health systems.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, customer engagement activities, and account planning documentation within Salesforce CRM.
• Proactively identify and address customer, operational, and commercial issues while coordinating internally to guarantee timely resolution and a high-quality customer experience.
• Lead intricate sales processes involving clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders across multi-site healthcare organizations.
• Create business cases and value propositions that align Onera solutions with customer clinical, operational, and economic goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, reimbursement, and product teams to facilitate evaluations, implementations, and long-term account development.
• Actively participate in sales orientation and training programs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sales exhibits and shows; attend medical congresses as necessary.
• Stay informed and educated about competitive offerings, new products, services, and relevant information for customers and colleagues; communicate updates to immediate supervisor.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise healthcare sales experience within medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, or sleep medicine, with proven success in selling to IDNs, health systems, or strategic healthcare accounts.
• Highly driven, results-oriented professional with a proven ability to independently bring complex sales opportunities to a successful close.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a consultative, solution-focused sales approach aimed at delivering customer value and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Experience in navigating complex healthcare sales environments involving executive leadership, procurement, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams is preferred.
• Strong initiative with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong business acumen with a consultative approach and a passion for customer success.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities; ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); capability to learn other applications used by the organization.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with industry-leading CRM systems or Salesforce.
