This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead direct sales initiatives within SLED accounts in your designated territory.
• Formulate and execute territory strategies to facilitate the deployment of Fortinet solutions across a mix of assigned existing accounts and new logo prospects within your area.
• Cultivate executive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, leveraging these connections to meet quarterly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce successful contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP submissions, and Statements of Work.
• Negotiate business terms with clients to foster mutually beneficial outcomes and establish long-term partnerships.
• Enhance and advocate for the Company's status as the global leader in Unified Threat Management.
• Seasoned Tech Sales professional with in-depth knowledge of SLED accounts (state, local government, K-12, and higher education) in the North Florida region.
• Prior experience in developing business plans and market strategies aimed at boosting sales.
• Proven experience in solution selling.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Outstanding presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of navigating deals through the selling process effectively.
• Driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Previous experience in network security and familiarity with technologies such as VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Prevention, and Content Filtering.
