This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet sales objectives and broaden our clientele in South and West India.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with major enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Discover new business prospects and devise strategies for pursuing them.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Avaya partner network to guarantee the smooth delivery of solutions and services to our clients.
• Provide consistent sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
• Keep informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to optimally position our offerings.
• Engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand presence and promote our solutions.
• Over 15 years of pertinent experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, Unified Communication, and Contact Centre solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing significant accounts in South and West India.
• An engineering degree accompanied by an MBA is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of the Enterprise SaaS sector and its market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A key requirement is a genuine passion for business and growth.
• Robust problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
