This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Play a vital role in new business presentations and take charge of efficiently onboarding new clients.
• Concentrate on expanding and nurturing current customer relationships.
• Leverage your extensive network to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Prepare business and account plans for all ongoing and prospective tender opportunities.
• Serve as the principal liaison between the client and all relevant divisions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customer contacts up to the Executive C-level to gain insights into their business objectives and IT motivations.
• Promote Fortinet products and services using a consultative selling approach while maintaining positive relationships with key personnel within the accounts.
• Research clients, identify decision-makers, educate prospects, and assess their interest and urgency to buy.
• Design and execute strategic account plans through a consultative selling technique aimed at achieving enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services.
• Formulate strategies and coordinate company resources to optimize sales volume within assigned accounts.
• Effectively engage and build collaborative relationships with System Engineers, Channel Managers, and specialist sales teams and executives as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure they receive value from their Fortinet investments.
• Keep customers informed about Fortinet product roadmaps, enabling them to plan and mitigate potential risks to their businesses.
• Previous experience selling to Church & Welfare or Foundation clients in Germany is essential.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales within the high-tech industry (preferably Cybersecurity and Networking) with a focus on developing strategic customer relationships.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding quotas, along with a record of career stability and growth.
• A highly driven self-starter with a competitive nature, strong attention to detail, and a desire to succeed.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by excellent listening abilities.
