This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Establish and nurture robust executive-level relationships within enterprise accounts (2,500+ end users) across various sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (System Engineers, Channel Partners) to create and implement strategic account plans.
• Drive new business growth while deepening relationships with current clients by promoting our complete range of security, compliance, and information protection offerings.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with technical teams.
• Analyze and report on pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and account performance metrics.
• Oversee the complete sales process, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery.
• Adhere to Proofpoint’s sales methodologies and industry best practices.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise technology sales, particularly in SaaS and cybersecurity solutions.
• History of surpassing sales quotas, acquiring new clients, and effectively utilizing channel partnerships.
• Strong executive selling capabilities (CISO, CIO, CMO) with the ability to navigate complex buying processes.
• Experience in closing deals within the €100K–€1M range.
• Knowledge of formal sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Command of the Message).
• Proficiency in both Romanian and English.
