This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire and demonstrate a foundational understanding of Fortinet’s technology to effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customer contacts, including Executive C-level personnel, to gain insights into their business imperatives and IT drivers, facilitating the development of a strategy to promote Fortinet solutions.
• Market Fortinet products and services using a consultative selling strategy while maintaining positive relationships with key individuals within the accounts.
• Conduct research on customers, identify decision-makers, educate prospects, and assess buying interest and urgency.
• Design and execute strategic account plans utilizing a consultative selling approach aimed at achieving enterprise-wide implementations of Fortinet products and services.
• Formulate strategies and coordinate company resources to optimize sales volume within assigned accounts.
• Effectively engage and foster collaborative relationships with System Engineers, Channel Managers, and specialist sales teams and executives as needed.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure they realize value from their Fortinet investments.
• Keep customers informed about Fortinet product roadmaps, enabling them to plan and mitigate risks to their business.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the hi-tech industry (preferably Cybersecurity and Networking) with a focus on developing strategic customer relationships.
• A consistent history of exceeding quotas and showing both career stability and advancement.
• A highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit, strong attention to detail, and a desire to succeed.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening abilities.
