This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +3 more states.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with State Government clients.
• Leverage data analysis to identify areas for enhancement and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Deliver regular updates to management regarding the status of client accounts.
• Track and report on essential performance metrics, focusing on client retention and revenue growth.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by consistently surpassing expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to develop solutions for intricate challenges.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keep clients updated on new product features, updates, and enhancements that pertain to their needs.
• Recognize growth opportunities within current accounts and strive to expand Salesforce services.
• Work closely with clients to create tailored account strategies.
• Educate clients on how Salesforce can empower them to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to evaluate client satisfaction and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Serve as the principal point of contact, ensuring that client inquiries and concerns are addressed without delay.
• Over 10 years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management, specifically targeting State Government agencies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team comprising various partners in a matrixed environment (client directors, solution engineers, executives, etc.).
• A highly motivated individual focused on execution, possessing a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to our mission.
• A combination of business curiosity and technical aptitude to address customer data challenges and build trust.
• A solution-selling mindset: create a plan and solution, articulate value, and navigate customer complexities to drive revenue.
