This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients in Higher Education.
• Leverage data analysis to identify improvement areas and provide data-driven suggestions.
• Offer regular updates to management on the status of client accounts.
• Track and report on essential performance indicators, such as client retention and revenue growth.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by consistently surpassing expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for complex issues.
• Promptly address and resolve client concerns efficiently.
• Keep clients updated on new product features, updates, and enhancements that cater to their needs.
• Discover growth opportunities within current accounts and strive to expand Salesforce services.
• Work closely with clients to create tailored account strategies.
• Educate clients on how Salesforce can help them optimize operations and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to evaluate client satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring that client inquiries and concerns are addressed swiftly.
• 7-10+ years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management, preferably with Higher Education clients.
• Ability to work effectively within a team of diverse partners in a matrixed environment (client directors, solution engineers, executives, etc.).
• Highly motivated individual with a strong focus on execution, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to our mission.
• A combination of business curiosity and technical skills to genuinely tackle customer data challenges and build trust.
• Solution-oriented mindset: create a plan and solution, articulate value, and navigate customer complexities to drive revenue.
• Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
