This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Comprehends customer requirements and delivers wealth and investment-related sales and services to BMO clients or potential clients.

• Provides counsel to customers on wealth and investment strategies and products that align with their objectives.

• Executes sales and service activities for customers following established procedures.

• Recognizes and makes referrals to other business units as necessary.

• May initiate outbound calls to customers.

• Enhances the customer experience by offering products that satisfy investment needs.

• Remains informed about consumer demands, industry developments, and best practices.

• Delivers high-quality professional sales and service for inquiries, issues, and requests from customers and prospects.

• Explores to grasp customer needs and guides them through their specific investment requirements.

• Meets sales goals with an emphasis on relevant investment products.

• Oversees all transactional results from customer interactions or refers to the appropriate internal business groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possesses 0 - 2 years of pertinent experience.

• A post-secondary degree in a related discipline is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

• Familiarity with competitive market trends and product offerings.

• Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services.

• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course / IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative upon joining BMO.

• A basic understanding of Risk Management & Compliance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient organizational skills.

• Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
