This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Delivering email and chat support for our clients;
• Responding to "How to" queries and frequently asked questions;
• Assisting with inquiries related to accounts and payment issues;
• Offering help with troubleshooting tasks.
• Exceptional written communication skills in Italian (C1);
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher);
• A valid work permit to operate within the EU;
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous;
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to foster positive customer relationships;
• A positive demeanor coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude;
• Capability to convey complex information in a clear and comprehensible manner;
