This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create engaging training materials that incorporate videos, animations, graphics, and other multimedia elements.

• Develop, revise, and maintain instructional storyboards along with associated training resources.

• Design and manage interactive courseware utilizing Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Evaluate and modify training content based on input from SMEs, testers, and end-users through Articulate Review 360.

• Publish and oversee SCORM packages via SCORM Cloud for seamless integration with customer LMS platforms, including ATIS Moodle.

• Ensure that training content and multimedia outputs comply with relevant Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Generate and maintain documentation that aids in troubleshooting, content revisions, and system enhancements.

• Record defects, inconsistencies, and technical challenges, offering support for their resolution as necessary.

• Collaborate with engineering, development, testing, and project management teams throughout the development and review processes.

• Assist in the review, testing, and quality assurance of instructional materials and multimedia outputs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in multimedia design, instructional systems design, or a comparable field.

• Possession of an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

• Proven experience in creating interactive training content and multimedia courseware.

• Proficient with Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Demonstrated experience in developing, updating, and maintaining instructional storyboards and training materials.

• Familiarity with SCORM and managing courseware for integration with ATIS Moodle.

• Experience incorporating feedback from SMEs, testers, and end-users into instructional materials and courseware.

• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and accessible training content.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Preferred: experience in supporting DoD or Government programs.

• Preferred: knowledge of Section 508 Compliance.

• Preferred: experience working within SDLC environments.

• Preferred: experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including Government personnel, engineers, developers, testers, and contractor organizations.

• Preferred: capability to independently create, review, and revise technical and administrative documents, tailoring documentation for diverse audiences.
