This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Edit and create video and multimedia content in line with the production standards set by the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF).
• This encompasses a variety of formats including documentaries, trailers, event highlights or summaries, interviews, social media reels, explainer videos, promotional clips, and other required multimedia and video formats.
• Assist in managing the YouTube channel, which includes uploading videos, reviewing and updating metadata, and systematically archiving content.
• Collaborate closely with other relevant teams involved in multimedia production to ensure effective coordination and successful product delivery.
• Keep a strong awareness of current video trends on social media and related AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in film production, broadcasting, communications, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity, supported by a portfolio showcasing recent or ongoing projects.
• Ownership of personal editing equipment, including a laptop that can handle video editing tasks.
• Skilled and possess strong proficiency in video editing and basic motion graphics, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs and complete projects within set deadlines.
• Proven creativity in the development and production of video content, with the capability to work independently in transforming a video concept into the desired final output.
• Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with a global team.

• This is a consultancy position.
• The consultancy period lasts for 6 (six) months.
