This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess outpatient clinical notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clinical validity.
• Review AI-generated notes and summaries in relation to established physician documentation standards.
• Annotate outpatient encounter data in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Identify and report omissions, inaccuracies, and documentation gaps in AI-generated outputs.
• Deliver structured written feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Provide expert insights on annotation guidelines, documentation standards, and definitions of edge cases.
• Ask clarifying questions and assist in refining ambiguous guidelines.
• MD or DO, actively practicing in an outpatient or ambulatory setting — any specialty.
• Located in the United States.
• Hands-on experience in writing clinical notes in an outpatient environment.
• In addition to English, advanced (C1 or above) proficiency—speaking, listening, and writing—in at least one of the following languages: Czech, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, Vietnamese, or Finnish.
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
• Preferred: 2+ years of clinical practice following residency.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the Epic system.
• Preferred: Experience in clinical documentation quality review, note auditing, or exposure to CDI.
• Preferred: Previous experience with AI/ML annotation or model evaluation.
• Preferred: Experience in documenting patient care in a language other than English.
