Multilingual Inpatient Hospitalist, Clinical Documentation, AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess inpatient documentation, including H&Ps, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries, for accuracy, completeness, and clinical integrity.

• Analyze AI-generated inpatient notes and summaries to compare them with what a practicing hospitalist would typically document.

• Annotate inpatient encounter data following detailed guidelines.

• Identify omissions, hallucinations, clinical inaccuracies, and documentation gaps in AI-generated outputs.

• Deliver structured, written feedback that can be utilized by engineering and product teams.

• Offer expert insights on annotation guidelines, documentation standards, and definitions of edge cases.

• Pose clarifying questions when guidance is unclear and assist in refining the guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD in hospitalist or internal medicine with over 2 years of post-residency experience and current inpatient practice.

• Located in the United States.

• Practical experience in writing and reviewing at least one of the following: H&Ps, progress notes, discharge summaries.

• Advanced proficiency (C1 or above) in speaking, listening, and writing in English, along with at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese (Cantonese), Tagalog, Russian, Haitian Creole, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, Polish, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Finnish, French, Danish, Catalan, Hungarian, Czech, German, Bulgarian, Indonesian, or Dutch.

• A minimum availability of 10 hours per week.

• Preferred: More than 5 years of experience post-residency.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Epic.

• Preferred: Previous experience in AI/ML annotation or model evaluation, with strong performance reviews.

• Preferred: Experience documenting patient care in a language other than English.
