• Take charge of revenue expansion for Amazon and Walmart Marketplace channels.
• Oversee and enhance product listings on Amazon and Walmart.
• Initiate, refine, and uphold listings for both new and existing SKUs.
• Address listing suppression, compliance challenges, and catalog health issues.
• Boost product visibility, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
• Keep track of category trends, competitor activities, and marketplace opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to channel compliance and best practices across platforms.
• Manage storefront optimization, category navigation, and overall customer experience.
• Refine titles, bullet points, backend keywords, descriptions, and enhanced content.
• Enhance listing health scores and marketplace quality metrics.
• Coordinate the creation and optimization of lifestyle images, product videos, infographics, A+ content, Amazon Brand Store, and Walmart storefront updates.
• Regularly update listings based on performance data and algorithm changes.
• Lead and optimize paid media performance across: Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Walmart Connect Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Formulate campaign strategies to enhance customer acquisition, upselling and cross-selling, average order value, ROAS, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily advertising performance and budget allocation.
• Implement A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, target audiences, and offers.
• Develop reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with Amazon Influencers and Creators.
• Identify and engage influencers that resonate with the Herbal Goodness brand.
• Organize creator content, UGC campaigns, and marketplace promotions.
• Track engagement metrics, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze performance across all channels to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Monitor essential marketplace and advertising metrics.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance profitability and scalability.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive alignment.
• 4–8+ years of experience in managing Amazon Marketplace and/or Walmart Marketplace.
• Demonstrated success in increasing marketplace revenue for consumer brands.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
• Practical experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Amazon and other digital channels.
• Profound understanding of listing optimization, SEO, conversion optimization, and marketplace compliance.
• Experience with: Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, product ranking strategies, paid acquisition funnels, and marketplace troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating performance dashboards and owning KPIs.
• Background in supplements, wellness, CPG, or health brands is preferred.
• Familiarity with influencer or creator marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar is preferred.
• Experience overseeing Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn paid campaigns is preferred.
• Shopify experience is also preferred.
