📋 Description

• Lead extensive architectural transformations from legacy systems to AEMaaCS and Edge Delivery Services. Conduct thorough ecosystem audits, create strategic roadmaps, and manage complex integration challenges.

• Design high-caliber, scalable digital platforms that ensure seamless interoperability between the Adobe suite and enterprise third-party systems, including CRM and advanced analytics.

• Maintain an active role in delivering sophisticated codebases utilizing Java and modern TypeScript/NextJS stacks. Implement rigorous testing methodologies to ensure stable, zero-regression deployments.

• Promote the integration of agentic workflows and AI engineering platforms like Claude or V0 to enhance software delivery cycles and automate technical documentation.

• Direct technical solutioning for global pitches, offering expert resource modeling and scope definition. Serve as the primary technical authority for engagements with executive-level stakeholders.

• Foster a high-performance engineering culture centered on AI-native practices and cutting-edge architectural patterns within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of engineering experience.

• Adobe AEM architect and other related certifications.

• Extensive engineering background with over eight years of focused technical expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets) and Edge Delivery Services. A dedicated specialist is required to lead these complex environments, not a generalist.

• Proven success in managing complex migrations from legacy CMS infrastructures to modern AEMaaCS and EDS frameworks.

• Maintain a hands-on approach across the complete technical stack, delivering exceptional code in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NextJS. The ability to transition from high-level architecture to addressing critical production bottlenecks is essential.

• Advocate for the use of AI engineering platforms such as Claude, Cursor, or V0 within daily software delivery cycles. Demonstrated capability to automate workflows and enhance delivery through agentic tools.

• Expertly navigate architectural trade-offs, leading technical discussions on GraphQL mesh layers, cloud-native deployments, and the evolution of headless versus hybrid patterns.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate technical complexities into clear value propositions for executive-level stakeholders during pre-sales and discovery phases.

• Proven track record of fostering excellence across distributed global teams and managing senior engagements within enterprise environments.

• Experience in solutioning and pre-sales engagements.

• Experience with executive stakeholder management.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience.

• Experience working with global enterprise clients across US/EU/APAC.

• Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in AI-assisted software development and its practical application.

• Utilize AI engineering tools such as Claude or Cursor to expedite software delivery, architectural design, debugging, code reviews, and testing.

• Design sophisticated agentic workflows, sub-agents, and automated orchestration layers to optimize technical operations.

• Establish best practices for Agentic Engineering within daily development cycles, cultivating a high-performance, AI-enhanced engineering culture.

• Drive the assessment and implementation of emerging AI technologies to sustain organizational leadership in innovative engineering practices.

• Mentor engineering teams on AI-native development methodologies, promoting a commitment to continuous learning and advanced automation.
