This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Actively generate and follow up on leads to foster new business opportunities.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives by closing policies across various lines of insurance.
• Assess customer requirements and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Perform policy evaluations and suggest necessary coverage modifications.
• Support renewals, cross-selling, and upselling efforts to enhance customer retention.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and customer engagements.
• Experience with State Farm is mandatory.
• Current insurance licenses (Property/Casualty and Life/Health) are required.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities with a demonstrated history of success.
