This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and offer relevant product information.

• Aid in fostering relationships with both new and existing clients across various product lines.

• Assist with daily office functions, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.

• Take part in marketing initiatives to enhance community awareness.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and a consistent customer experience.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet office goals.

• Support customers with their insurance and financial service needs, which include Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Texas.

• Previous experience with State Farm is highly desirable.

• Current insurance licensing is strongly preferred.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Prior experience with State Farm is preferred.

• Preference will be given to currently licensed applicants.
