This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborates with portfolio and clinical marketers, as well as sales teams, to create cohesive cross-channel campaigns aimed at enhancing awareness and generating demand.
• Develops execution plans for campaigns and oversees cross-channel delivery for designated initiatives.
• Manages schedules, interdependencies, and launch-readiness checklists to guarantee timely delivery.
• Coordinates the creative process, content development, operational tasks, and stakeholder review cycles.
• Ensures preparedness for tracking, including UTM setup, naming conventions, and conversion actions.
• Implements paid activation according to established standards, when applicable.
• Collaborates with analytics to foster a culture of continuous improvement across tactics, establishing benchmarks and creating playbooks for future reference.
• Works with business-unit stakeholders to align campaign activities with key milestones, launches, and conversion objectives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, integrated marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns from planning to launch, encompassing timelines, budget oversight, performance tracking, paid media, SEO, marketing automation, PPC/SEM, stakeholder reviews, asset coordination, tracking requirements, and reporting.
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder coordination, and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with digital channels, tracking, measurement preparedness, and approval processes.
