• Deliver specialized expertise in MuleSoft and Integrations products and implementation to effectively position, scope, and schedule MuleSoft Professional Services engagements, including both customer-funded and internally funded projects.
• Collaborate and establish robust relationships with counterparts in License Sales and Professional Services OU to provide education on the positioning and representation of our Services offerings.
• Interact with customers, including C-Level executives, utilizing a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Leverage industry knowledge and business insights to comprehend customer motivations, business drivers, strategic objectives, and desired business outcomes.
• Develop a compelling vision and effectively communicate our transformative solutions aimed at generating substantial success and business value from the customer's investment.
• Continuously seek opportunities with existing customers regarding ‘add-on’ services.
• Contribute to crafting internal methodologies and standardized approaches for implementation across Services OUs and other regional Practices.
• Achieve individual Services Key Strategic Objectives (KSOs), which include personal utilization and influenced Services bookings.
• Willingness to travel to various locations across North America (typically 10%-25% per quarter).
• Over 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in working with integration platforms to address real business challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of API-led connectivity, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and the emerging AI/LLM ecosystem.
• Relevant product experience with MuleSoft's Agentic enterprise solutions, including AgentFabric, LLM Gateway, and MCP Bridge.
• Experience with at least one Cloud technology - among AWS, Azure, or GCP (sizing, design, and scaling).
• Familiarity with various integration patterns and the ability to recommend suitable patterns to address customer use cases.
• Strong understanding of MuleSoft's different deployment models, including CloudHub 2.0 and Runtime Fabric.
• Background in a Professional Services GTM or delivery role (e.g., Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager, pre-sales Architect).
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI for customers.
• Experience in a consultative role, with a solid grasp of consumption sales, technology, and how software services integrate into the overall sales process.
• Proven track record of growing accounts with substantial and intricate pursuits or projects ($M+).
• Demonstrated ability to influence an audience, facilitate solutions, and lead discussions on implementation methodology, roadmapping, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
• Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
• Ability to operate at a strategic level while executing tactically; a self-starter who can drive results without extensive structure.
