This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guidehouse presents an exciting opportunity for MuleSoft Developers within a rapidly growing practice.
• As a crucial member of the consulting team, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge integration and API solutions utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Your role will involve ensuring successful client engagements, technical delivery, and the implementation of scalable and secure enterprise integrations.
• You will collaborate closely with the Solution Architect, Technical Architect, business analysts, client stakeholders, and other delivery team members.
• This position necessitates a solid foundation in MuleSoft development, API-led connectivity, enterprise integration patterns, DataWeave, and the design and implementation of both real-time and batch integrations.
• A Bachelor's degree and a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years of experience in enterprise application integration, including hands-on MuleSoft development experience using Mule 4 and the Anypoint Platform; OR TEN (10) years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education or an advanced degree.
• US Citizenship is a contractual requirement.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
• Extensive experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave 2.0, APIKit, Exchange, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
• Experience in implementing API-led connectivity through Experience, Process, and System APIs.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, RAML, OpenAPI, JSON, XML, XSD, and YAML.
• Experience in building real-time, event-driven, scheduled, and batch integrations across cloud, SaaS, legacy, database, and on-premises systems.
• Proficient in DataWeave and experienced in reusable error handling, logging, shared components, and common MuleSoft connectors.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, asynchronous messaging, routing, transformation, and orchestration.
• Experience implementing API security using OAuth 2.0, Client ID Enforcement, JWT, SSL/TLS, mutual TLS, and certificates.
• Experience deploying MuleSoft applications to CloudHub, CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, or on-premises environments.
• Proficient with Git, Maven, CI/CD tools, and automated testing using MUnit.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting MuleSoft applications using Anypoint Monitoring, Runtime Manager, logs, and observability tools.
• Understanding of API lifecycle management, governance, versioning, security, scalability, and integration best practices.
• Ability to engage in technical design, code reviews, deployments, defect resolution, and production support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership.
• Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.
