β’ Our Account Executives are responsible for generating new business opportunities and engaging with current customers to promote MuleSoft solutions.
β’ They cultivate positive and trustworthy relationships with key team members and C-suite decision-makers within their designated territory.
β’ Utilize your expertise to identify potential opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
β’ Maintain a strong emphasis on pipeline generation strategies and execution to seed, land, and expand both new and existing accounts.
β’ Build essential relationships with customer stakeholders and enhance customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
β’ Create and implement a long-term strategy for the account that aligns with customer business goals.
β’ Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to address customer business needs effectively.
β’ Conduct account planning for assigned accounts in collaboration with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
β’ Communicate the Salesforce value proposition to both existing and prospective customers.
β’ Drive growth within an assigned account.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle software sales.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.
β’ Proficiency in hunting and developing new business opportunities is essential.
β’ Familiarity with and understanding of Federal Civilian Agencies is required.
β’ Proven track record of success and enthusiasm in pursuing new business ventures.
β’ Experience collaborating with a large, extended team.
β’ Background in high-growth, performance-driven environments is preferred.
