
MSP RFP, Business Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue relevant MSP-related RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and bidding opportunities within the US market.
• Evaluate RFP requirements and determine the alignment of opportunities with the organization's goals.
• Utilize internal platforms and tools to prepare and submit responses to RFPs.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to collect technical, operational, and commercial information for submissions.
• Work closely with MSP leadership on pricing strategies, calculations, and proposal organization.
• Oversee the complete RFP submission process from start to finish.
• Monitor submission deadlines, compliance requirements, and follow-up tasks.
• Keep documentation and records of submitted proposals and potential opportunities.
• Assist in business development efforts within the MSP division.
• Continuously track market opportunities and procurement platforms.
• 2–4 years of experience in MSP Sales.
• Experience in Business Development.
• Background in Technical Sales.
• Proficiency in Account Management.
• Familiarity with RFP/Bid Management.
• Experience in Technical Project Coordination.
• Strong background in Business Analysis within MSP environments.
• Essential experience in an MSP setting.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to align work hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Preference for candidates from small to mid-sized MSP organizations.
• Highly preferred experience with US clients or US staffing/MSP operations.
• Experience in proposal submissions, vendor management systems (VMS), or procurement portals is advantageous.
• Candidates with a background in technical sales or technical project management will be given strong preference.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to execute responsibilities effectively.
