This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage MSP partner accounts following the transition from the MSP Channel Development Manager.
• Oversee the complete onboarding and integration of IRONSCALES solutions into MSP service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling that align with MSP client requirements.
• Provide technical and commercial training that includes setup, platform navigation, and sales strategies.
• Act as the main post-sales contact, offering both strategic and technical support.
• Work alongside Support on complex issues, tickets, and escalations.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with MSPs while advocating for their needs within the organization.
• Track usage and performance metrics, suggesting optimizations or additional licensing as necessary.
• Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded materials, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Coordinate with the CDM and Support to ensure smooth transitions and a positive partner experience.
• Gather MSP feedback for the Product team and take part in the Partner Advisory Council.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience (preferably in SaaS) with a cybersecurity vendor, MSP, VAR, or similar partner ecosystem in a post-sale, customer success, or account management capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to combine sales competencies (upselling/cross-selling) with technical expertise (e.g., email security, AI-driven tools, MSP workflows).
• Experience in onboarding partners or clients to technical platforms, with a proven history of fostering adoption and expansion.
• Strong presentation and training abilities—both in-person and virtually—to empower MSPs from a technical and commercial perspective.
• A high-energy, proactive disposition coupled with a commitment to partner success and effective problem-solving.
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and collaborating with Support on escalations, while maintaining focus on strategic growth.
• Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and meticulous attention to detail in tracking MSP progress.
• Outstanding listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a talent for driving results.
• Availability to travel 10-15% as required by partner needs, events, or training sessions.
