This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah, +1 more state.
• Define the sales approach for various lines of business aimed at specific markets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for CenterWell's MSO/IPA network.
• Engage independent primary care practices regarding CenterWell's MSO/IPA offerings in the Seattle and Salt Lake City regions.
• Recruit providers into CenterWell IPA Solutions and promote membership expansion.
• Act as the subject matter expert on CenterWell's MSO/IPA product range.
• Support the strategic deployment of the product portfolio to enhance provider partnerships and meet membership and revenue objectives.
• Meet annual growth targets.
• Cultivate relationships with provider partners and finalize contractual agreements to join the MSO/IPA network.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership, contracting partners, key local stakeholders, and market leadership teams.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the MSO/IPA offerings and strategies for provider and membership growth.
• Analyze local market competition and its effects on the product portfolio.
• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative insights to stimulate channel growth and meet growth objectives.
• Identify trends that enhance or complement product offerings.
• Navigate complex negotiations with new provider partners.
• Provide national and local market leadership teams with reports and insights on growth forecasts.
• Collaborate across teams on program design, contracting initiatives, and capital allocation.
• Build provider partnerships that focus on success in a value-based environment and enhance patient health outcomes.
• At least five years of experience in provider network development, provider engagement, and/or provider contracting.
• Comprehensive understanding of value-based care principles.
• Experience in facilitating complex negotiations, offering key insights that propel agreements with new provider partners.
• Proven ability to foster relationships and create partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of the local market's provider landscape.
• Self-motivated individual capable of independently developing a growth pipeline and executing provider agreements that advance our programs toward success.
• Results-oriented individual who excels at exceeding quantifiable goals.
• Experience working across business segments to align partners toward a common objective.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a variety of internal and external business leaders.
• Ability to independently establish sales channels and support business area objectives.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Must reside in the Utah/Seattle metro area, specifically in Salt Lake City or Seattle.
• Must have home internet connectivity with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Must work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
