This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee revenue expansion for Unilever’s Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US
• Manage pricing strategies, price/pack/portfolio transformations, mix management, promotional spending, and optimization of trade terms
• Collaborate directly with Marketing and CS&P teams to foster competitive growth and uncover opportunities
• Track, analyze, and provide recommendations across revenue growth drivers to support business unit and commercial strategies
• Integrate Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles within the Beauty & Wellbeing business unit
• Achieve significant P&L impact and enhance capability development
• Assist in defining the growth strategy and core Pack & Price Architecture
• Enhance RGM key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance-management rhythms in conjunction with Customer Business Development teams
• Conduct portfolio evaluations to establish brand objectives, pinpoint price realization gaps, economic drivers, and opportunities
• Formulate a three-year, occasion-led pricing and portfolio analysis (PPA) for 12-quarter growth forecasting and guide renovation initiatives
• Confirm Category Sales Performance Indicator (SPI) guidance and strategic focus for key brands, including SPI compliance
• Execute pricing models, suggest optimal portfolio pricing, and track competitive pricing trends
• Optimize channel/customer and pack mix, including designing channel-pack solutions
• Assess consumer promotion strategies, their responsiveness, and return on investment; recommend the best promotional approach
• Review customer trade terms and suggest enhancements
• Identify growth prospects through program tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Create economic, financial, and scenario-analysis methodologies for pricing simulations and white-space initiatives
• Collaborate across Marketing, Customer, and Finance teams to synchronize and execute RGM strategy
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisive actions
• Compile activity inputs, comprehend business drivers, and craft narratives for the Business Unit Leadership Team
• Persuade partners to devise innovative solutions when objectives deviate
• Report directly to the Senior Director, Head of Business Performance
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• An MBA is preferred
• 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM)/Net Revenue Management (NRM), CS&P, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, Consulting, or Data Science
• Proficiency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel
• Thorough understanding of P&L, retail mathematics, and financial/strategic modeling
• Ability to leverage data to transform insights into strategic concepts and initiatives
• Demonstrated history of drive and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Strong comprehension of the 5 Levers of RGM
• Proficient in navigating uncertainty and establishing structure
• Effective problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
