This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee strategic D365 FO/POS implementations, customizing processes, and empowering global teams with practical, outcome-focused guidance across various regions.
• Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership for the adoption of D365 solutions.
• Manage implementation projects to guarantee successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Improve business processes through technology integration and optimization.
• Foster enduring relationships with business users, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with D365.
• Assist with D365 FO and POS applications and resolve any challenges that may arise.
• Support the business in its operations: BAU and new change requests.
• Collaborate across different modules within D365 FO.
• Configure, roll out, and deploy solutions/changes within D365 FO.
• Upgrade systems and implement/configure new modules, features, and objectives in D365 FO.
• Work on developing business intelligence analytic reports and other reports to meet business requirements.
• Design solutions.
• Design business processes.
• Focus on continuous improvement and enhancement of business processes.
• Conduct detailed business analyses, identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
• Provide ongoing training.
• Monitor improvements made to the platform by Microsoft and leverage these across the business to support Group and Brand strategies.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Dynamics AX, D365 including POS, with a track record of end-to-end implementations.
• At least 7+ years of relevant industry or functional experience in areas such as Online, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certifications.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Over 15 years of experience in implementing and consulting on D365 retail and/or SCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide teams efficiently.
• Expertise in project management, with the ability to balance scope, time, and resources.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Dynamics 365 suite (e.g., Finance, Operations, Customer Engagement).
• Proficiency in related Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
• Experience in data migration, integration, and system architecture.
