MS D365 Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide support for D365 FO and POS applications, addressing any challenges that may arise.

• Assist the business with their operations, including both Business As Usual (BAU) tasks and new change requests.

• Collaborate across various modules in D365 FO.

• Configure, implement, and deploy solutions or changes within D365 FO.

• Upgrade systems and implement/configure new modules, features, or objectives in D365 FO.

• Develop business intelligence analytics reports and other reports to meet business requirements.

• Design solutions tailored to business needs.

• Design business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Engage in continuous improvement and enhance business processes.

• Create comprehensive business analyses that outline challenges, opportunities, and solutions for the organization.

• Provide ongoing training to staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Dynamics AX and D365, including POS, with a track record of end-to-end implementations.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in a relevant industry or functional area such as Online, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain.

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

• Possession of Microsoft Certifications.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
