Senior Learning Technology Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation, guidance, and lead learning initiatives where technology plays a vital role

• Implement the training strategy for UWU's tools

• Develop testing strategies and carry out project content evaluations

• Oversee, define, and facilitate technology and underwriting projects for Underwriting University

• Assess the practical applications of tools to enhance content quality, efficiency, engagement, and measurement

• Update UWU and stakeholders on progress in relation to the plan

• Design high-level frameworks and collaborate on content creation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 or more years of experience in Communications, Strategic Management, or Project Management

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 9 or more years of experience in Communications, Strategic Management, or Project Management

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 7 or more years of experience in Communications, Strategic Management, or Project Management

• Background in strategic and operational consulting or business systems

• Knowledge of the insurance industry with subject matter expertise in at least one functional area (Underwriting, Claims, or Risk Engineering)

• Understanding of training and development, including content creation (both in-person and virtual), learning technologies, or learning assessment

• Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or methodologies and tools related to Change Management

• Familiarity with AI development and deployment tools
