Moving Operations Specialist – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation

• Serve as the primary liaison for the agent network and third-party services

• Ensure adherence to systems compliance

• Provide allocation recommendations aimed at enhancing quality and customer satisfaction

• Handle escalations and conduct system audits for compliance

• Oversee cost controls and manage exceptions approvals

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or business diploma is required (or equivalent experience)

• Exceptional customer service abilities

• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Background in Domestic Household Goods is preferred

• Self-motivated individual
