Motor Finance Account Manager – Dealer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establishing new relationships with used car dealers and brokers within your designated geographic area.

• Overseeing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they achieve their sales and efficiency goals.

• Participating in face-to-face meetings and conducting telephone/email negotiations to provide competitive financing options to used car dealers and brokers.

• Delivering outstanding customer service.

• Being a proactive team member.

• Meeting business targets and personal goals.

• Attending one-on-one meetings and team gatherings at any of our office locations, typically in Cardiff.

• Possess effective communication styles and methods for engaging with used car dealers, brokers, and third parties.

• Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and taking initiative.

• Willingness to take responsibility for individual performance.

• Capable of conveying verbal and written information to customers in a manner that is clear, fair, and not misleading.

• Able to thrive under pressure in a target-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in researching, digesting, analyzing, and presenting material clearly and concisely to senior management and director-level personnel.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work proactively and think strategically in a dynamic environment.

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines and address client inquiries.

• Capable of presenting to motor dealers and brokers of all sizes and types.
