This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement motion and video advertisements, along with necessary static assets for performance testing.
• Create direct response-oriented motion systems, including kinetic typography, dynamic transitions, UI-style overlays, callouts, infographics, and performance-focused effects.
• Edit existing footage, modify animated graphics, and produce new variations for A/B testing and rapid iterations.
• Develop mood boards, style frames, and storyboards to ensure alignment with internal teams and clients prior to production.
• Utilize stock footage, imagery, sound effects, and AI-assisted tools (such as image generation/editing and voiceover/asset support) to expedite processes, particularly for brands with limited existing content.
• Maintain outstanding project organization: adhering to naming conventions, structuring layers, and keeping project files organized to facilitate quick handoffs and easy revisions.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, managing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations within a fast-paced setting.
• Keep abreast of platform trends (both paid and organic) and translate these insights into ad-ready creative formats.
• Deliver content across required formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.) and placements, with meticulous attention to specifications.
• We seek an organized, collaborative hybrid designer capable of executing projects efficiently at scale and thriving in a quick-turn environment.
• Possess a strong design sensibility along with a direct response mindset (clarity, hierarchy, pacing, hooks, CTAs).
• Comfortable producing still images, motion graphics, and video edits (not exclusively motion).
• Demonstrate excellent file organization and project hygiene (naming conventions, tidy layers, structured compositions/timelines) — this is non-negotiable.
• Ability to adhere to team systems and processes (including templates, shared files, and handoffs).
• Experience working at a high pace (agency background is a significant advantage).
• Flexibility and adaptability to incorporate new tools, particularly AI-assisted workflows.
