This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conceptualize, design, and animate promotional and branding videos, focusing mainly on short-form motion graphics for broadcast, online video, social media, and digital placements.
• Generate conceptual storyboards and bring them to fruition through engaging animation.
• Design and create static campaign materials, including digital banners, emails, landing pages, print collateral, and presentations.
• Develop on-strategy designs across various channels while ensuring brand consistency.
• Execute projects seamlessly through both design and motion phases.
• Present concepts and completed work to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and fellow designers.
• Stay updated on trends in design, motion graphics, illustration, social media, and digital video.
• Prepare print-ready mechanicals for traditional deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects in a high-energy, deadline-oriented environment.
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to significant agency projects.
• Utilize technology and AI-enhanced tools to boost efficiency and produce impactful work.
• A portfolio showcasing your work is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in design and motion graphics, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the capability to ideate from the ground up.
• Illustration abilities that complement both design and motion projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, and Audition.
• Understanding of Figma is advantageous.
• Ability to perform basic audio editing.
• A keen interest and active knowledge in utilizing AI tools.
• Solid understanding of digital and print design principles.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to accept critiques and propose individualized solutions.
• Aptitude for solving problems proactively, resourcefully, and creatively.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; documented proof of identity and employment authorization is required.
• Must successfully complete a background screening process.
