📋 Description

• Create and implement digital-first creative strategies for promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing retail marketing efforts.

• Generate assets for email, web, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and customer relationship management (CRM).

• Support omni-channel campaigns that uphold brand consistency while enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue.

• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to turn business goals into impactful creative solutions.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Confirm that creative assets align with brand standards, production guidelines, and quality expectations.

• Assist in enhancing creative workflows, improving efficiencies, and refining design systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing in the retail sector.

• Demonstrated experience in producing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and e-commerce platforms.

• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to collaborate efficiently across different departments.

• Highly results-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work at scale.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, and Figma.

• Experience working within established brand frameworks while adapting creative for various campaigns and target audiences.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
