Motion Designer – Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create engaging short motion content for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok that garners millions of views.

• Develop and establish an animation system as a recognizable element of the visual language for Social Media RiseGuide.

• Collaborate with the Social Media team to discover the best solutions for visual storytelling.

• Adapt graphic assets and experiment with new formats for presenting information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in creating motion graphics for social media, with a strong understanding of the nuances and aesthetics of short-form video.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects.

• Ability to work with assets from Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to optimize processes.

• Understanding of the dramaturgy of short-form content and the structure of Hook, Retention, Conflict, and Call to Action.

• Upper-Intermediate+ level English proficiency for working with English-language content.

• Capability to take responsibility for results, make independent decisions, and convincingly advocate for one's position.

• Awareness of the impact of visual content on metrics and the commercial outcomes of the business.

• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, flexibility, and effective collaboration within a cross-functional team.
