Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and animate video advertisements and user-generated content (UGC) for paid social media.

• Contribute your own ideas and concepts.

• Experiment with a variety of creative styles.

• Generate a continuous flow of innovative creative content and adaptations.

• Collaborate with producers and User Acquisition Managers (UAMs).

• Establish and uphold an attractive, cohesive Replika brand presence across social platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing motion design expertise.

• Proficient in After Effects, Figma, and the entire Adobe Creative Suite.

• A keen sense of aesthetics with a strong eye for composition, color, and easing.

• An understanding of advertising structure, including hooks, emotional appeal, and calls to action (CTAs).

• Excellent proficiency in English communication skills (C1 or higher preferred).

• Demonstrated use of AI models in your work.

• Experience with vibe-coding is advantageous.

• A solid grasp of various AI models available in the market.
