Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Present HighTechLending's Equity Select forward product to mortgage brokers, TPOs, and loan originators

• Utilize an established network and existing book of business to enhance product uptake

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with mortgage brokers, TPOs, and loan originators

• Seek out new business opportunities and diligently pursue sales leads

• Contribute to the growth of the Wholesale team and elevate Equity Select to new heights

• Travel as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a Wholesale Account Executive or a comparable mortgage sales professional

• Established connections with mortgage brokers, TPOs, and loan originators

• Familiarity with Non-QM or specialty mortgage products is advantageous

• Robust experience and strong industry connections

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent prospecting and follow-through abilities

• Existing relationships across California and the West Coast are preferred

• Willingness to travel as required
