Mortgage Sales Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer applicants - you will serve as their trusted point of contact, guiding them from the initial outreach and screening through to coordinating interviews with the team, and managing the offer and reference check stages.

• Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to comprehend priorities for each market along with the corresponding resource requirements.

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders while advising them on best hiring practices.

• Oversee the job posting process for various positions, which includes drafting job specifications and posting them on relevant platforms such as LinkedIn.

• Manage and uphold the talent pipeline, utilizing data to inform hiring forecasts.

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide timely, thoughtful feedback to all candidates to ensure data integrity.

• Utilize all RenoFi recruiting platforms to actively engage and source candidates.

• Verify potential candidates' mortgage production using data sources like MMI.

• Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders regarding activities and the status of the pipeline.

• Advocate for RenoFi’s culture and vision.

• Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in recruiting loan officers and sales positions.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with proven negotiation abilities.

• Excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Google Suite and ATS platforms – Our team utilizes Lever.
