This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Performs a variety of tasks related to the daily sales operations of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for communications between the MLO, sourcing agents, customers, vendors, and sales support.
• Responsible for managing and mitigating risks.
• Collaborates with customers to establish clear expectations.
• Confirms appointments and reviews documentation with clients.
• Ensures all file components are complete before processing.
• Provides support for marketing initiatives.
• Acts as a liaison between Loan Consultant and Sales Support.
• Fosters relationships with Realtors, Builders, Appraisers, and Title Companies.
• Confirms and/or cross-sells additional banking products.
• Assists in various other areas as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, mortgage processing, or loan originations.
• Comprehensive understanding of residential mortgage loans.
• Proven proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Windows-based applications.
• Familiarity with federal lending regulations that govern residential real estate lending.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently analyze policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Capacity to learn and apply knowledge of various mortgage guidelines and loan application systems.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration is mandatory at the start of employment.
