Mortgage Production Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Welcome Realtors and Clients with a friendly demeanor.

• Establish and maintain an effective system for following up with leads and preapproved borrowers.

• Accurately take comprehensive loan applications.

• Request necessary documentation from clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Precisely calculate income for both hourly and self-employed borrowers.

• Execute product and pricing scenarios.

• Investigate alternative/non-QM options to accommodate a diverse range of borrowers.

• Prepare preapproval letters and loan comparisons for borrowers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Achieve targets concerning time frames.

• Operate within a database effectively.

• Conduct opportunity analyses for clients who may benefit from refinancing.

• Design open house flyers and other promotional materials and marketing pieces.

• Prioritize daily tasks and work with efficiency.

• Market, service, and promote the Company's loan offerings.

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about market changes.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to mortgage lending.

• Facilitate communication with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, and others.

• Accelerate the mortgage process.
