📋 Description

• Accountable for directing and enhancing mortgage processing operations across various markets.

• Promotes performance, efficiency, and accountability to guarantee that files transition smoothly from application to underwriting readiness to closing while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Leading and supervising processing teams.

• Establishing clear expectations, performance benchmarks, and accountability.

• Driving cycle times, productivity, pull-through rates, and overall processing performance.

• Aligning staffing, pipelines, and capacity with production volumes to eliminate bottlenecks and delays.

• Collaborating closely with Sales to ensure effective communication, alignment, and resolution of issues.

• Standardizing workflows, enhancing processes, and utilizing technology to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Cultivating the development of team members and leaders through coaching, engagement, and talent management.

• Ensuring adherence to company policies, investor guidelines, and quality standards.
