This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Accountable for achieving or surpassing designated sales targets through Outside Sales and various activities.
• Aids in the profitability and expansion of Home Lending products by establishing, cultivating, and managing both new and existing relationships with Centers of Influence (COI), clients, and prospects.
• Engages with clients and prospects to comprehend their home lending and business objectives.
• Identifies and advocates for U.S. Bancorp products and services that best fulfill those requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or a similar sales position.
• Proven success in outside sales, business development, and relationship management.
• Experience in developing and nurturing relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Strong consultative selling capabilities with the aptitude to evaluate client needs and suggest suitable financial solutions; a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and establishing a profitable pipeline.
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, home lending procedures, and market trends.
