📋 Description

• Initiate mortgage loan applications

• Utilize and access available wholesale lending resources

• Develop and expand a personal business portfolio

• Generate business through agent partnerships, referrals, and personal marketing efforts

• Optionally provide mentorship, form a team, and receive overrides

• Offer insights as the company continues to grow

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid NMLS license in good standing

• Proven history of self-generated production

• Experience in establishing a pipeline through agent partnerships, referrals, and personal marketing

• A producer mindset as opposed to order-taking

• Proficient in production-volume calculations

• Willingness to build a team and extend beyond personal production

• Licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, or Florida
