Mortgage Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Present and articulate the company's loan products and services.

• Assist clients in completing loan applications and all required documentation.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of client financial information to confirm loan eligibility.

• Consistently follow up with clients to ensure a smooth process.

⛳️ Requirements

• NMLS License is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products is essential.

• Experience with Hard Money lending would be an advantage.

• Possession of a DRE License would be considered a plus.
