Mortgage Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluates and initiates mortgage loan applications.

• Engages in business development activities.

• Cultivates partnerships with Realtors, Builders, and other referral networks.

• Delivers outstanding service to current clients while promoting additional services and referring to other departments.

• Oversees the loan closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comply with NMLS standards for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs).

• Possess 2-3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination or a robust background in real estate.

• Hold a 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities.

• Be a collaborative team member who respects and upholds professionalism among colleagues.

• Have strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
