⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage origination.

• Active NMLS license (unique ID required) in at least one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, ME, MD, MI, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA.

• A self-motivated, relationship-oriented approach.

• Aiming to establish a long-lasting business rather than merely closing deals.
