Mortgage Investor Sales Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for supplying documentation and/or responses to investors regarding credit items.

• Responsible for the submission of loans to both investors and Agencies (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA).

• Tasked with ensuring that notes are requested and retrieved from investors and agencies in cases where a loan cannot be sold or is repurchased.

• In charge of the Final Certification of GNMA pools and overseeing reconciliation processes.

• Overseeing the delivery and acquisition of loans classified as unsalable, which are placed into scratch and dent pools.

• Responsible for acquiring purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans.

• Providing files for MI audits along with any required supporting documentation.

• Also accountable for loans selected for FHLMC and FNMA Quality Control.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry (processing).

• Skilled in complex income analysis as well as appraisal and title review.

• Proficient in Desktop Underwriter (DU).

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in government roles is advantageous.

• Prior experience in wholesale lending is a plus.

• High-speed internet is mandatory for remote work, specifically Cable or Fiber ONLY, with the capability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
