This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Client Onboarding: Dispatch fact find and document requests.
• Document Collection: Pursue and verify all necessary documents.
• CRM Management: Oversee Broker Engine records and pipeline.
• Application Prep: Execute data entry and submission notes.
• Client Communication: Offer updates and conduct follow-ups.
• Submission: Submit deals to lenders.
• Lender Management: Handle follow-ups and manage conditions.
• Settlement: Coordinate files to ensure completion.
• Pricing & Valuations: Process pricing requests and order valuations.
• Dropbox & Files: Organize and manage Dropbox and documents.
• Proficient in Broker Engine — preferred; utilized daily for CRM, pipeline management, and AOL lodgement.
• High standard of AOL proficiency — must independently lodge and manage applications without broker supervision.
• Familiarity with NMB aggregator compliance software is advantageous (niche system, rare but appreciated).
• Credit awareness without being a credit analyst — capable of identifying red flags such as missing YTD figures on payslips, outdated bank statements, or other document discrepancies.
• Highly organized with a sense of ownership over the pipeline — keeps all files advancing through stages proactively without prompting.
• Ability to lodge 1–2 applications daily (CRM and AOL) while concurrently managing all work-in-progress files.
• Excellent communication skills — interacts with bank assessors for MIRs, follows up with clients for documents, provides status updates, and collaborates with conveyancers on settlement matters.
• Proactive problem-solver — anticipates issues and takes action to ensure deals continue to progress.
• Attention to detail — broker should not need to review work before submission.
• Strong time management skills — capable of juggling and prioritizing multiple files simultaneously.
• Process-driven approach to managing files.
